Let It Go

Have you ever travelled in Delhi Metro at peak hours? If yes, then you must have experienced this, when a hoard of people, despite the compartment being brimming with passengers, barge in and shove you further in. Well that's what I experienced today and while many pathetically bad breathed people were breathing down my neck, I had an epiphany of thoughts, go figure how my mind twisted me into thinking this at such a place :P..
Anyways, you would be able to relate to my citations better if you travel in Delhi Metro at peak hours. But as they say, beware of pick-pocketers ;)..
As the hoard enters the compartment, what your mind tells you to do is, "wrestle your way" throughout the journey. But believe me, you can't wrestle all of them. After some time of struggle you tend to get tired and eventually you give up. It is from that second you start enjoying all the pushes and shoves (no pun intended :P ;) :) ) coz then those very people start making funny/angry faces and eventually they stop pushing you around.
Life is very similar to this, journey in a compartment. When bad times/people comes in barging into your life and you feel trapped and suffocated. We tend to fight these situations and people thinking that someday we'll come out victorious (yeah I am talking about all you, you hopelessly optimistic bunch of people, btw I too am in this group ;) ) but we can't fight all our lives, can we? The best thing to do is let go of such people, ignore these pushes and let it not affect you, your work, your life, and most importantly your dreams. You can't possibly control everything in your life, it's not humanly possible to achieve that. So, let it go, as it is only then you can achieve tranquility and harmony within yourself. Try doing this and you'll be happier and more satisfied with yourself and your life.
