At the stroke of mid night of August 14, 1947, our great country India stepped into a new day as a new and free nation. On August 15, 1947, India became independent from the shackles of slavery of British empire. We gained our independence, our freedom and reclaimed our right on our own nation. Every freedom fighter's dream to walk carefree of fear of curfews, riots, movements and to be able to breathe into the air of free India came true (btw these "independent Indian people" are also the reason that we are the 2nd largest populated country of the world, man we took our independence seriously). But before leaving India, British empire left two "time bombs" in the foundation of free India, the first was their well known weapon of "Divide And Rule" (which simply means "Ekta Mein Shakti Hai, Akele Mein Sabki Fatti Hai") and the second being "Corrupt Politicians". These two bombs are dependent on each other, without one the other would be ineffective. For example - Without these politicians we would stand united or Without the division among people these politicians would have to work honestly.
It was our corrupt politician's duty to find more people like themselves and appoint them various positions into their so-called democratic system. Together they formed a unit and divided the people of India into various sections based on religions, castes, social and monetary backgrounds. As you all can see they have done a bang-up job till now. As the people of India were in suppression during their slavery, they were accustomed to the notion of keeping their heads low and doing their work. After the independence the same people were suppressed and harassed by the newly formed government and political system. India has never been a poor country, however the people of India are poor (these were the words of a Swiss bank official) and they are being made poorer by this corrupt government, handful of rich-corrupt people and a team of expert psychologists.
The government creates an illusion of helping the poor people and developing the nation and withdraws billions of Rupees for it but only a few hundred thousands are actually put into use. All the other tax-payers-hard-earned money is laundered into their never ending and ever surpassing scams.
The corrupt rich people also plays a very big part in making what India is today. They attack the place where it hurts us most, (its not our balls guys, relax), its our pockets. They do so by evading their taxes. As they slip away tax money under their mattresses and other secret hideouts, the government gets less money to spend on people and develop the nation (also less money for their scams). Since government gets less money, it increases the price of items like food, gas, electricity, petrol and other commodities. This results in inflation, which means we have to shell out more money to buy the same or maybe less amount of food and other things.
But lets not forget that these politicians hired a team of psychologists, which is none other than our own media personnel and it plays a very important role in this. The media is the private service (according to me,they are more like henchmen) of politicians and powerful people to help make a fool out of people. Some are paid to do it and others are made to do it. Every time you watch any news on any channel, 9 out of 10 times the media telecasts a news which is fabricated. If a person observes closely then one can easily see the difference between an actual news and a made-up news. The media majorly reports about death and destruction as their breaking news which creates a sense of insecurity among people and a fear of death. This results in the senseless and endless shopping sprees, needless 5 star stays at hotels and spas (I am not saying that do not spend any money on your self, just asking you to spend wisely). This fuels the need of the corporate world of higher sales and much more higher profits. The basic purpose of media was to inform the people of the actual happenings and also to put the views of the people in front of the authorities. But now sadly the media is merely a puppet of these corrupt puppeteers.
Now, a whole era has passed and its the duty of the new and logical young generation of India to question this oppressive government and its corrupt political system. Today there is a need to start another revolution, a revolution to free our motherland from the lethal pest of "Corruption" and being the citizen of this nation its our duty to do so (sadly we can not import any cheap Chinese product to help us eradicate corruption). Let us all take a pledge to free our motherland from another blood sucking parasite of "CORRUPTION".
